Objective

Establish full-system red-team security simulations as a required pre-promotion gate.

Deliverables

• Red-team simulation test suite for seven attack vectors:
  • Replay attack.
  • Signature forgery.
  • MITM fingerprint mismatch.
  • Cross-tenant access attempt.
  • Log tampering.
  • Queue poisoning.
  • Rate limit exhaustion.
• CI integration of red-team tests into security regression gate.

Exit Criteria

• All simulation tests pass for secure build candidates.
• Any control regression fails CI before production promotion.
