VectorVue User Policy

Authorized Use

1. VectorVue may only be used under an explicit written authorization and signed Rules of Engagement.
2. Any unauthorized access, surveillance, persistence, or exploitation outside agreed scope is prohibited.

Operator Obligations

1. Operators must verify legal basis and contractual scope before execution.
2. Operators must preserve evidence integrity and audit trail continuity.
3. Operators must not tamper with immutable records, audit logs, or retention controls.

Data Handling

1. Credentials, secrets, and sensitive client data must be handled under least-privilege principles.
2. Exported reports and artifacts must be stored and transferred through approved secure channels.
3. Any suspected data exposure must be escalated immediately.

Platform Safety

1. Users must respect RBAC boundaries and approval workflows.
2. Users must not disable security controls, encryption safeguards, or logging mechanisms.
3. Any policy violation requires immediate termination of active sessions and operator review.
