Authorized Use

1. VectorVue may only be used under explicit written authorization and signed Rules of Engagement.
2. Unauthorized access, surveillance, persistence, or exploitation outside agreed scope is prohibited.

Operator Obligations

1. Verify legal basis and contractual scope before execution.
2. Preserve evidence integrity and audit trail continuity.
3. Do not tamper with immutable records, audit logs, or retention controls.

Data Handling

1. Handle credentials, secrets, and sensitive client data using least privilege.
2. Store and transfer reports and artifacts only through approved secure channels.
3. Escalate suspected data exposure immediately.

Platform Safety

1. Respect RBAC boundaries and approval workflows.
2. Do not disable encryption, logging, or security controls.
3. Policy violations require immediate session termination and review.
