End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs the use of VectorVue.

1. License Grant

Under BSL 1.1, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Study the source code
• Modify the software
• Use it for internal security testing

Commercial service offerings are prohibited until the Change Date (2033-02-17).

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Offer VectorVue as a commercial SaaS
• Sell derived competing products
• Remove license notices
• Bypass licensing enforcement mechanisms

3. Compliance Requirement

Use of VectorVue requires:

• Explicit authorization for target systems
• Signed Rules of Engagement
• Legal compliance in your jurisdiction

4. Audit Rights (Optional Future Clause for SaaS)

NyxeraLabs reserves the right to audit compliance in commercial licensing scenarios.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms.

6. Governing Law

Governing law shall be defined by the deployment context or future SaaS Terms of Service.
